Disclaimer

By submitting a quotation or commission request, you confirm that you have read and agreed to all terms of service.

FURGENCE reserves the right to decline requests involving:

  • Non-original character ownership

  • Technically unfeasible structural requirements

  • Direct imitation of other creators’ artistic styles

  • Harassment, abuse, or misinformation

Commission services are available only to clients aged 18 or above.

Commission Process

  • Response time is generally within 5 business days.

  • Production scheduling will be confirmed after order acceptance.

  • Rush commissions may incur additional fees.

Progress updates will be provided according to production stages.

Measurement Requirements (DtD)

Full suit commissions generally require DtD body reference data.

Mini partial, partial, and head-only commissions may require basic measurements.

Reference data may include height, body proportion, or localized measurements when necessary.

DtD data is used only for production reference and will be securely destroyed after commission completion.

Production Philosophy

FURGENCE is dedicated to original aesthetic expression and handcrafted structural fabrication.

Each creation is a customized handcrafted artwork rather than a mass-produced standardized product.

Due to material and craftsmanship characteristics, minor variations may occur between the final product and reference design.

Clients acknowledge and accept natural variation in handcrafted artistic production.

Shipping & Warranty

  • Shipping risks are handled by the courier service.

  • 30-day limited repair warranty applies to manufacturing defects.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Size issues caused by inaccurate reference data

  • Damage caused by unauthorized modification or repair

  • Wear damage caused by improper use

Unedited unboxing video recording is recommended.

Payment Policy

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Wise
  • International Bank Transfer
  • Alipay
  • WeChat Pay

 

International payments are currently handled via Wise or international bank transfer, depending on availability and the specific order situation. Payment details will be provided after the commission is accepted and the payment amount is confirmed.

For clients in mainland China, Alipay and WeChat Pay are available.

Transaction fees are borne by the client.

Quotation prices do not include shipping, customs duties, or handling fees.

The deposit is 40% of the total commission price.

  • Pre-made items require full payment upfront.

  • Installment payment plans are not provided.

Pricing Region Notice

The commission prices shown in the Chinese version of this website apply only to clients located in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.Clients located in other countries or regions will be quoted according to the international commission pricing (English version), even if communication is conducted in Chinese.Final pricing will follow the English version or the confirmed quote.

Privacy Policy

Personal information will not be disclosed.

DtD measurement data will be securely destroyed after commission completion.
