After the deposit, your order will be placed in our queue.
Production start depends on current workload.

Typical production time:

• Head: 2–3 weeks
• Mini partial: 3–4 weeks
• Full suit: 5–8 weeks

⚠️ Time starts when production begins, not when deposit is paid.

• ✔ Minor adjustments allowed (color placement, small details)
• ❌ Major structural changes are not allowed after patterning/printing

Large changes may be rejected or require extra cost.

• Deposit: 40% (non-refundable once production begins)
• Balance: 60% before shipping

This policy covers materials and labor.

PayPal is not accepted.

Updates are provided at key stages:

• Head base completed
• Early assembly
• Near completion

Daily updates are not provided to maintain workflow efficiency.

• Full suit: DTD is usually required.Alternatively, you may choose to provide detailed body measurements.
• Partial/head: basic measurements required

We are not responsible for fitting issues caused by inaccurate measurements.

Each piece goes through:

• Structural checks
• Sewing inspection
• Final finishing

We prioritize durability and structural integrity.

We offer a 30-day limited warranty (non-user damage).

Not covered:

• Sizing issues
• Unauthorized modifications
• Normal wear

All measurement data (including DTD) will be deleted after completion.
