Hello!This is FURGENCE. By submitting your quote request, commission application, or bid, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted all the contents of these Terms of Service.

1. General Terms
1.1 Age Requirement
FURGENCE only accepts commissions from clients who are 18 years of age or older.

1.2 Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to refuse requests for unreasonable structures or patterns that are difficult to achieve.

1.3 Service Restrictions
We have the right to refuse service under the following circumstances,including but not limited to:

· The fursona you submitted is not your own original creation, or is AI-generated.
· Malicious harassment, insults, or spreading false information occurs.
· Requesting a complete replication of another maker’s artistic style.

2. Commission Process
2.1 Response Time
We will respond to inquiries received via email or private message within 5 business days.

2.2 Reference Materials
Please provide clear character reference sheets(front/back or front/back/side views), your height, weight, biological sex, and a detailed style description.

2.3 DtD Requirement
A DtD of your own body is required for the creation of a fullsuit.

2.4 Rush Commission
If you require a rush commission,please contact us in advance to discuss additional fees.

3. Payment Policy
3.1 Payment Methods
We accept PayPal,Wise, Alipay, and WeChat Pay.
All transaction fees are to be borne by the client.

3.2 Additional Costs
The quoted price does not include handling fees,shipping costs, or customs duties/taxes.

3.3 Payment Process

· Deposit: 50% of the total amount (to secure your slot).
· Final Payment: The remaining 50%.(due after production is completed).
· Pre-made Items: Require full payment upfront.
· Shipping Cost: Will be estimated and collected before shipment.

3.4 Payment Plans
We do not offer payment plans.

4. Shipping & Delivery
4.1 Shipping Service

· Within China (including Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan): SF Express, shipping costs paid by recipient upon delivery.
· International Clients: FedEx is used through a shipping agent, shipping cost collected before shipment.

4.2 Shipping Risks
In case of damage or loss during transit,please contact the courier company directly to file a claim. We will provide necessary assistance.

4.3 Storage Fee
A storage fee may be applied for items stored for more than 30 days after completion.

5. Warranty Policy
5.1 30-Day Limited Warranty

· Manufacturing Defects: Free repairs.
· User Damage: Paid repair service is available.
· Severe User Damage: We reserve the right to refuse repair services.

5.2 Unboxing Check
Please record a complete,unedited unboxing video as proof of inspection.

5.3 Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover the following:

· Sizing issues caused by an inaccurate or defective DtD.
· Any issues arising from repairs or modifications performed by anyone other than FURGENCE.

6. Production Process
6.1 Head Base
Heads are typically built on 3D-printed bases by default.Please inform us in advance if acrylic eyepieces are required.

6.2 Material Discussion
Please understand that actual fur colors may not match the reference art 100%due to material availability.

6.3 Production Updates
We will provide photo updates during the process.Please do not publicly share these work-in-progress images.

6.4 Modification Limitations
Once patterning begins,no further modifications to the core design (patterns, head shape, body shape, etc.) will be accepted.

7. Timeline
7.1 Production Time
An estimated production time will be provided based on the complexity of the design.

7.2 Progress Updates
Please avoid asking for frequent updates to maintain our quality standards. Rush orders are available for an additional fee.

8. Privacy Policy
8.1 Personal Information
We will never disclose your personal information.

8.2 DtD Disposal
Your DtD will be securely destroyed upon completion of your commission.

Version & Applicability

FURGENCE maintains separate and independent Terms of Service for different regional markets.
The Chinese version for Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan and the English version for all other regions contain substantial differences in key terms such as pricing and payment policies.
The geographic location you are in and the language version you use will determine which terms apply to you. Before submitting a commission, you must ensure that you have read, understood, and agreed to the entirety of the correct version applicable to your region.
